Working Process

After dried and sterilized, vials go to turntable of filling machine, then will be fed by conveyor into U type slot of main starwheel, and will rotate together with the starwheel through filling station and stoppering station. At filling station, peristaltic pump will charge liquid medicine from peristaltic tube and discharge it into vial. At stoppering station, vibration hopper will transport stoppers along chute arrive at terminal station, then pressing head will press each stopper onto mouth of vial. At last, vials will be pushed to tray or downstream conveyor.
