Working process
After dried and sterilized vials go to arranging turntable, then will be fed by conveyor into 1# starwheel and will rotate together with this starwheel intermittently, then vial will in turn through filling station and stoppering station. At filling station, powder is transferred from barrel and feeding device will enter to transparent powder hopper. the filling auger will rotate certain circles at the preset pulse, the measured volume powder will drop into vial. At stoppering station, vibration hopper will convey stoppers along chute arrive at terminal station, then pressing head will press each stopper onto mouth of vial.
Later vial will enter into 2# starwheel and also will rotate with that starwheel intermittently, vial will turn through cap-placing station and capping station. At the cap-placing station, vibration hopper will transport caps along chute arrive at terminal station and cap will fall onto mouth of vial. At the capping station, the capping unit will crimp cap tightly on neck of vial.
At last, vials will be conveyed to tray or downstream conveyor.
